Leo, what do you think about using neurofeedback devices?

Hi, so I basically want to know what you Leo and you guys are thinking about using a neurofeedback device to improve ones concentration skills. I think Leo is using such a system himself. I want to buy such a device, but I dont know, if it's effective and usefeul, if you buy them for 200-250 dollars. There are even systems, which you can buy for 5000-6000 dollars. What other methods are out there to improve ones ability to concentrate?
