best refreshments

hello there,
i am looking for best empty stomach refreshments which has lots of health benefits, i am avoiding any milk products for that as leo suggests so which are the best morning refreshments which doesn't include milk products? i can only think of lemon water for now which i am also quite happy with, anybody has better ideas?

watermelon juice is my favourite at the moment. super refreshing and delicious.

any sort of fruit and vegetable juices and very healthy and taste great too.

Coconut water fresh from the coconut

its liquid gold for the body and even more healthy if you blend up the flesh inside the coconut and make coconut milk, will keep you hydrated and nourished much longer :)
