Are Mirror Neurons Legit?

Like, If I watch someone do X, will that help me in doing X, same way?

Of course. Imagine having to dissect out the brain of a mosquito. Wouldn't a video showing you the process be helpful?

It isnt the same as skill acquisition, but is a major aid. Not only in humans!
