Day 5 & 6: No progress.

@Raptorsin7 For now, I'm just trying to see if I can consistently "do the work" every day i.e. wake up, get down to Kriya Yoga and meditation. I find this seemingly simple routine enormously difficult, basically not able to last more than a couple days.

"Progress" would also entail adherence to certain rules:

1. Freezing cold showers only, every day.

2. Complete sexual abstinence - no fapping/sex at all (hard mode)

3. No alcohol/smoking

4. Letting go of fear

If I succumb to any one of the above, then I consider it lack of progress.

@John Doe Why not lower your definition of progress to what you can do in the moment. Then you will always be progressing?

High standards can work but if you aren't living up then change it up and adapt. It's not supposed to be so hard.
