Question about Circadian Rythm

4 posts in this topic

Around 9:30 p.m. I start to feel sleepy. Is it because of the circadian rythm? Is 09:30 p.m. sleep time due to circadian rythm?

What time do you wake up in the morning when you feel sleepy at 9:30pm? I would listen to your body and start to go to bed around 9:30 if you are feeling sleepy then.

When I felt sleepy around 09:30 pm, I went to bed around 10:30 - 11:00 pm, and got up around 07:00 - 07:20 am.

Is it caused by that?
