+ YOUR BODY IS YOUR GIFT. You can see it as limitation but thats exactly whats the gift!

So 2nd thing to do: EXPLORE AND PLAY AND DEVELOP YOUR BODY to all its capabilities.

Im 100% on board with you as the body being a gift and taking it to its fullest capabilities. Not everyone resonates with that though.
