Infinite Intelligence

In his book "Think and Grow Rich" Napoleon Hill discussed the infinite intelligence and the subconscious mind.

My doubt is, where is this infinite intelligence? Is it in our brain or outside?

It's been asked so many times in Forum, anyway, I should say that it's everywhere, there's no inside and outside! it's ubiquitous!
