I think it means working hard for 4 hours everyday on the things you are a genius at.

You want to make money from the things you are a genius at. You want to make a career out of them.

It's difficult to know whether you are good at something until you have tried it for many weeks.

If you find yourself growing fast in a certain field after working at it for a year, you are probably good at it.

Many forget the simple fact. Everything that exists on earth except nature and animals was created by humans.
