Method to be aware - Is it ME or the program?

7 posts in this topic

I had an idea today, I don't know what do you think about it but I found out that if everytime that I do something if I think "Is it ME or is it the program who is running me" doing this "task"?

It helps me to be more aware and do things more consciously. I am applying this everyday to all my tasks, at work, at home, etc...

Yesterday I had to change the exhaust system in my car, and I have no idea about mechanics. But I ordered the part, I searched everything and I did it and it feels good. I think that is all about "being" or "being GOD" hehehe... is just, knowing that GOD runs the show and let him run it the way he wants!!!

Let me know what you think!!!

Blessings for everyone!

@abrakamowse Nice :)

And its YOU!

But remember God/you are not a program.  You are way more nuanced than that!  Programs can't Love!

Thanks @Inliytened1 I know... it's just a tool to become more present when my mind is wandering and getting distracted with useless thoughts.

:P

If i may ask, who is running the things when you are not aware? Isnt that program also God.

Yes, that's true... but at some points we act more "godly" (to use some word to call that) and sometimes I found out that mostly when we are not paying attention we run in automatic, and that's when we tend to fail, or do things unconsciously like sabotaging us.

I know it's all God, it's his way to wake us up... he is waking himself up.
