Doubts on visualization technique

3 posts in this topic

I am using visualization to build new habits and become motivated for new projects.

But I have some doubts:

- Can I have multiple visualization scenarios for the same goal?
Let's say you want to become good ad guitar, can you have 3-4 different movie sequences that you play in your mind  in different days? Like, monday you play the sequence where you play a good song, tuesday you study a hard song, wednesday you are on a small stage etc, and so on on repeat.

- Do I have to play the scenario in the EXACT same way or can I freestyle it while keeping it more or less the same?
Example: you play the hard song, but the first day you visualize the end of the song, the next day you visualize that you start the song and are excited etc...

No it doesn't matter,

Just focus on the end goal.

Nice!

So I can improvise as much as I want, as long as it is focused on the end goal.
