Enlightenment Experience

About 2-3 months ago I had an enlightenment/mystical experience. As I entered the house, I had this huge shift in awareness to where I was watching myself from a third person perspective. Everything around me became very much alive and I could feel this void. It also felt like the experience of raw reality. I remember my left and right side of my body being in synchronicity with each other and they mirrored also. Some deep insights were made into how the self is like a bubble or a Christmas tree ornament and how we are actually the whole Christmas tree or the void the bubble exists in. During this experience, I watched an Actualised.org video about enlightenment and I could grasp the in-between the lines of what he was talking about.

It was oobe. What do you think what could the cause of it?

Not enlightement, spiritual experiene. Cuz you didn’t become conscious of the non-dual One (God) and that It is You.
