Tummo meditation

Ive started doing fast breathing and stomach clenching when Im outside in the winter. Takes awhile to warm up but it works, I go from freezing my ass to just being cold in about -5 c. 

 

Breathe in 4 secs

Hold breathe 4 secs

Breathe out 4 secs, drop shoulders

Hold breathe 4 secs

Repeat 

 

Clench stomach afterwards as long as you can without harming yourself, be smart

 

Repeat all of this until youre warm

 

My kind of Tummo, not exactly by the book but it works
