Subconscious Mind is just a category.  It's a useful concept when you're trying to re-program your Mind.  It's part of a model of Mind.

Tell me how you can operate without ego , personality, it is only thing you operate trough, anyone who says he has no ego , personality is deluded. 

What I mean that  you can kill your current ego , personality, but it will be replaced with another, you can not exist with  personality , ego.
