Always the same...

I've been going to the gym for five years now and I always see the same story: a new member come to the gym and then, after a few months (or even a few days) he give up.

Why?

Lack of big picture. Gym becomes a chore to check off your daily goals-list so people drop it off. Also getting bummed out for lack of results they expect to get from working out at acceptable pace

Or could be that the person just found out that working out is not part of their higher values and goals, so they drop it.

I think the biggest reason is that people forget why they go to gym, forget the big picture

In my opinion, the gym is a waste of time :D 

I talk about my experience in powerlifting for years.
