The answer just happens

"A question's upon me,

 no answer in sight.

 Not know which choice,

is the choice that is right.

 And I just don't know,

 and I don't know,

 and I don't know.

 And the answer just happens,

 all of its own."

My duty

"To behold the power moving my limbs,

to bow to the wisdom designing all things.

To witness the beauty in my own sight,

to feel the anger when it's time to fight.

To laugh when the laughter comes out the mouth,

to cry when the mind is lost in its doubt.

It's just my duty, it's nothing great.

 I'm the king-servant, I'm the devil-saint."

Daily inward and outward path

I loved this video. I sometimes tend to think like the lady asking the question. It's good to be reminded by master Rupert :)

The death of a habit

"Here comes the moment,

 as always I am near,

 but some mighty force,

 won't let me steer.

 I'm loosing my power,

 my voice disappears,

 and - poof - I am gone!

 and still I am here."

Truth

“I’ve had enough of your bullshit! Just tell me the truth!”

“The truth? What does that even mean?”

“That, which is. That’s what it means.

That, which is for sure. 100%. No doubt.

That, which is clear. No argument possible.

That, which is raw. No layer. No meaning. No sense.

That, which is given. Stable.

That, which doesn’t need your opinion. Your permission. Doesn’t need you.

That, which is whether you like it or not.

That, which you can do nothing about.

That, which is unchanging. Ultimate.

That, which never stops. Never turns out to be not-that.

That, which is anything. Everything. Nothing.

That, which leaves no space for not-that.

That’s what it means. The truth. Tell me that.”

“Oh, that! Ok… here goes nothing!”

Up, up the spiral!

This is really great. I feel like just now after reading the Spiral Dynamics book and watching hours of Leo talking about it, I am starting to get what the potential is here and why I was so drawn to it :)

Courage

“At the edge, breathing deep,

map is burning at his feet.

Voices call him to turn back,

 takes the step, opens up.

Thorns cut right through his shirt,

throws it down, to the dirt.

Fear is crying in his heart,

 march continues in the dark.

Beasts are leaping to his neck,

 shield goes down, nothing left.

 Here Man stands, naked, bare.

 Not knowing. Ready to die.”

Gratitude

“Gran’ma, I feel so sad seeing you like this…”

“Don’t be silly, little one. I am old but I am blessed,

sweetest feeling warms my heaving chest.

Yes, great pain is eating me, yet I see it clear.

It’s a gift from Mighty Lord, to help me disappear.

For when I see how perfect all this struggle is,

the voice bows, settles down, and praises Emptiness!”
