Thanks for sharing, Nietzsche's Thus spoke Zarathustra was one of the books that planted the seed of self actualization in me, alongside with some Freud. 

Nietzsche actually spent huge ammouts of time alone, contemplating and walking, so I guess, that he has some level of realization in the domain of consciousness work.
