I'm putting new habits in to place and i was wandering if this is a important one to add? anyone had good shifts after doing it for some time?

Go for it, seems to make me feel refreshed, energized and more centered and if you do this before meditation you can enter deeper states easier, it seems to me that way at least. I don't do it every day just from time to time, I'm a very anti-routine person i just go with the flow and try keep a balance between the many things i do.
