Paleo Diet: Arguments In Favor? Arguments Against?

3 posts in this topic

I read about this eating style and thought some of the things that it suggests might be good, but I was skeptical on some others.

Have you heard about it? Do you practice it? What is your opinion on it?

Well unless your a cat or dog then it would probably work but humans are just not designed to consume meat sorry to spoil your post, we merely adapted to it due to wars and times of drought or struggle, why do you think we ferment dairy? In the earlier days more intelligent humans that were found around the world almost always ate 95-99% plant-based. We are 96-98% genetically the same as apes and they thrive of plant-matter only.

Our insides and features are almost identical to apes and herbivores. Meat eaters have strong hydrochloric acid, short intestines/colons, acid saliva, acid urine ect... everything we have as well as apes and herbivores is the exact opposite.

Paleo diet mostly contains food, which is likely to cause high cholesterol (meat, diary) and that can be the main cause behind heart disease. Paleo diet mostly contains meat, which is bad for you because it contains lots of hormones. Besides it has a bad effect on the environment, because : 1) For meat production are needed too much water and an area in the size of Africa. 2)Many rainforests are being cut off for meat production. 3) Methan, which is produced by animals, contributes to ozone weakening.
