Core Meditation Insight

3 posts in this topic

Don't meditate because you have to do it or need to do it. Most people overcomplicate this meditation thing, which is just being in the now, in total acceptance.
Meditate because you love it, you love existing and you appreciate the full perfection of The Universe as it is, along with all the challenges that are thrown your way. Do shit you love because you simply love it, not as a mean to get enlightened, which is a stupid paradox, because you can't get to what you already are, but you can only see it with full awareness.
Anything that needs to be forced will produce backlash and counter, whether it's manipulating a person or an experience. Meditation and counciousness are two very simple elements, but people tend to take them too seriously, encapsulating these words in a hard to get vision, that needs a lot of work and worthiness. Bullshit.

I had this insight while meditating.

Ain't it funny how men think?

They made the bomb, they are extinct.

Thus, raising levels of awareness is the most effective part of 'seeking' to bring one to self-realization.

People take it too seriously and make it complicated because a majority of people are coming from a deficiency of some kind, it's not exactly simple for the newbies to see the beauty in being, that takes time and effort or “work”. But they've gotta start somewhere, but yes taking a more wholehearted approach would be a lot less neurotic in one's incentive to meditate and will also help them go further in the long run.
