How much ego is erased during a 5 meo breakthrough

Am I totally gone? Or do I always have some awareness where I am ( at home in my room), that I took a substance called 5 meo, the person I identify with ?

Depends on how much you take.

At high dose, totally gone. But memories can still remain. Memories are not ego per se.

You will still remember you took 5-MeO. It is not amnesia.
