I often feel like they use unnecessarily "woo-woo" spiritual metaphors/concepts to describe dynamics that contain partial truths in them. When the matrix puts implants on you they talk about societal-structures like capitalist companies hijacking your attention to increase profits, which will draw you into low-energy states like anger, outrage, jealously for example. 

Oftentimes the partial truths can be directionally right while the concepts are very unnecessarily "woo-woo". 

I think spiritual-warfare is quite an adept metaphor since in modern society you will run into many phenomena/dynamics which will kill youre spirit, lower youre consciousness.

I can understand the lower timeline as a metaphor that you will travel a journey that is not youre highest journey i.e. not going for youre unique heroes journey.

Of course it all depends on wether you take this stuff literally or metaphorically and depending on that it can be sometimes insightful or complete gibberish.

But yes the way they talk about it feels to me like it comes from pure fantasy/belief and not really based on real experiential understanding.

Interesting. I see the potential insights when you can decode their woo-woo right. 

But also lots of potential for misinterpretation.

Thats highly speculative on my end. 

I feel like when reality feels unbearable and you intuit that it could all be much lighter, more spiritual but somehow there is some shit in the way, to cope with that people come up with all sort of stories, stuff that they heard off, stuff that is connected to their survival and so on. 

Basically the mind being disconnected from spirit and trying to get back at it clumsily and woowoo-ly.
