how do i recognise if i'm using psychedelics properly?

how do i recognise if i'm doing psychedelics to distract myself from the real purpose? can psychedelics be used ad a distraction? im not talking about things like weed or mdma. i mean 5meodmt, dmt, mescaline, lsd.

Psychedelics can help you reconnect with your childlike curiosity and discover what genuinely excites you. That can be a great foundation for finding your purpose.

But they can also weaken the ego-driven ambition you might actually need to pursue it.

Have you figured out what your purpose is? And are you actively working towards it?

If psychedelic experiences repeatedly give you profound insights, but your actual human life remains unchanged, they may have become a form of avoidance.

I think the answer to your question lies somewhere in there.

Leo's "ultimate life purpose" course helped me tremendously in finding/choosing my own purpose.

Every time I’ve taken a psychedelic the first insight I have is that this is all just bullshit and I would have been better off going to a club or having a barbecue with friends lol.

My own irony every time i take a psychedelic

: "Me, my problems, my purpose and my whole life are just a fucking joke."

Not so funny, but somehow it makes me laugh every single time.
