My answer is clear… how about addressing the “PAIN” issue, it’s just absolutely painful to be aware you are conscious, and it’s doubly painful knowing you never actually existed in the first place to be aware you are conscious, and waking up to that realisation is a catch 22 trap no one can escape from. It’s the worse joke ever on a huge cosmic scale.

Think of all the misery and suffering for nature and human, it’s barbarism and brutal. Humans have become desensitised to it, it’s all very normal they’ll say, it’s just what it is, get over it. They’re mostly okay with it. 

 

But are they okay, why else do humans begin to ponder the meaning to their existence, why do they pursue a spiritual journey in search of absolute truth, why them and not dogs and cats, is it because they fundamentally sense their own powerlessness and lack of control in every aspect of their lives that triggers an insatiable need to fill the aching gaping gap of not knowing anything or consenting to anything, and this powerlessness starts to consume every corner of their mind growing increasingly deeper and deeper chasms that must be filled in the hunger to belong to some form of super supernatural spiritual other worldly “higher truth” that they can at least feel satiated by, at least for awhile to keep the illusion of being satisfied alive, to distract them for awhile from a reality they’d rather not look at, even though they know deep down that they are just deluding themselves into believing there is a higher purpose even if it is only a false sense of security. Believe a lie is better than coming to terms with the brutal truth. 

 

Most true philosophers of history past and present day knew about this existential dread as the curse of being conscious and subsequently lived solitary meaningless and pointless lives in quiet desperation as they were in no way shape or form in denial of acknowledging this the truth of no answers, that’s why they became philosophers, they chose to face the abyss head on rather than just dismissing it as though it wasn’t there.

This rambling is just my opinion, I’m not speaking for others here, only myself,  we’re all different, but this is my truth that’s all, no one has to agree. I’m just saying it as I personally see it, unapologetically. I adamantly admit that I know absolutely nothing. I’m just reporting my surround as I witness it directly. Nor do I know anything existing that is higher than that of my own human sentient awareness, and I can live with that not knowing. I don’t know who or what or why anything is happening at all, and I know I never will know. So I just accept it now.

Well, you probably don't need me to point out that this whole long litany is yet another mental story / relative perspective, so I won't. (Except I guess I just did, lol!)

But yeah, what you are expressing here is the sort of existential dread that can (and very commonly does) come up when someone has had an awakening but all of the old energetic contractions and trauma patterns are still very much in place. It can indeed make it seem like you are stuck in a prison, only now you irrefutably "know" that you're imprisoned with no way out... which is of course just another illusion; some people refer to this as the "secondary matrix" that many people enter after their first glimpse(s) of the Absolute.

The good news is that the walls of this illusory prison are solely made out of said contractions and trauma patterns, and that these can and will clear up and (at least to a certain extent) dissolve over time. This is certainly not something that happens overnight, so it does usually require a good amount patience; but there are ways to facilitate the process like regular energy work practice and/or therapy / assisted shadow work. (You can also just sit with the patterns and contractions and allow them to clear out all on their own, if that's what you prefer.)

And as those dreaded prison walls become more and more transparent and permeable, you start to taste more and more of the peace, bliss and freedom that passes all understanding... and take all of your wildly fancyful & elaborate mental stories about reality less and less serious.

Which is a great (no-)place to be, if you ask me.

The illusion of real doesn’t change, an illusion is absolutely an illusion and never not an illusion.

If you say it is part of reality, then it is by definition relative.

This relative claim is a knowledge is a "relative term" defined entirely by its correlative: the knowable object.

The totality cannot be known by a relative object known as a human. An object is a projection of the absolute, an object cannot know the absolute because it is the absolute.

My point which you seem to miss is that there’s no one who claims to own pain as my pain, there’s just pain, and it’s very palpable and real and not untrue. No one is claiming this knowledge, it’s simply known by the only knowing there is that cannot be known. 
 

Again, one cannot know the absolute because one is the absolute. Knowledge can only point to the illusory nature of reality.

 

Humans were not meant to wake up because no one wakes up.

This immediate life is already wide awake,the belief in a “ someone “ who awakens is an illusion. That’s the whole story that this thread was pointing to.

See, you are still trying to hold on to certain particular perspectives / illusions and construct a specific worldview / identity that is based on these perspectives. Which isn't necessarily a "wrong" thing to do... it's just that being attached to said perspectives keeps you stuck in delusion.
