The solutions are straightforward: increase health of the population through public health policies or other interventions, increase education of heathcare workers and staffing. Also reduce administrative burden (AI has helped with this; modernisation of journal systems and other tech could also help).

This is also where I resonate with Leo's criticism of capitalism. Why does a tech oligarch gains more than a healthcare worker who saves dozens of people's lives?

Doctors do gain a lot compared to other professions, that is true. But the cost is insane workload and a psychological price.

This is where capitalism is limping because the market doesn't necesarily take the most high standard, healthy, and concsious of decisions.
