I used to watch this guy back around 2012–2014, when he was making mostly fitness and strongman content. After that, I stopped watching him for many years because his content changed quite a bit. A few years ago, I noticed that he had become religious and started making videos about that as well. I remember thinking, “wow, he really went down a weird path.”

A few days ago, one of his videos got recommended to me. I clicked on it because of the title and was pleasantly surprised by what he was saying. Seems like he’s done a lot of growing over the years. Nice to see.

I remember him and RSD filmed some good videos back in the day. Smart of Owen to bring in teachers from other niches to give value to his audience.
