When you say fear of death what do you mean? Ego death or physical death?

Yea as long as we are in self we’re never outside of it so any observation is still within it, but it can still break somehow. Then I meant our more regular fears relate to something specific usually so triggering them helps release those layers, when you’re alone yes mind still shows you your problems sooner or later but it helps to trigger more intensely in whatever scenarios they relate to, while paying it attention

For me, it's the fear of ceasing to be yourself, of losing cohesion as an individual, the stable structure, the defined process that you are, that for you is the same than disappearance.

Looking at this fear feels like staring into a boundless abyss and merging with it until you vanish. There's always a part of you that clings on, that doesn't relinquish control.

Little by little, it becomes possible to a certain extent, until at certain moments a total dissolution occurs. This isn't something you do because you disappear; reality continues to exist, but there's no center that controls and receives experience; instead, there's a total absence of structure.

Obviously, this isn't being dead, but being dead or alive is exactly the same for you at that moment, a total absence of difference, desire, control, and ground. Imo this is the point where we have to focus, if you can do this, not totally at will, but create the conditions to this to happen time to time,  then your psyche restructures itself, slowly but without pause

Sounds like the very most basic level of self-reality, passing that thin line. But that kind of fear can happen at many levels, something loosens, and it seems like an end, but then oh no very many layers left

Restructures as in something old returns or something new is created?

its like, blatant truth is often extinguished by something unexpected, and fear is within that whole arising-mist... if we are defining fear as an anxiety ish thing, anticipation, like, the headless horseman is coming to town.

Iuno im gettin overwhelmed by too many thoughts today. I think i gotta call it there. I cant figure out whats going on when im feeling a blanket of thoughts and ideas, which wasnt initiated by anyone, or it wasnt caused by anyone, so yous know, its just a collective weirdness in the air, obfuscating the words, or the sounds, or the direction. A mine field of bewilderment (again, nothing yous would even care about, its totally my own investigation outside)

Paraphrase from Poimandres (Corpus Hermeticum): "... that which is in the Word is also in ourselves."

Greek Magical Papyri (PGM): "I call upon the Word of the All, that which binds heaven and earth, and let it manifest in the circle."

Plato – Cratylus (439–440): "A name is a likeness of the thing itself; if rightly spoken, it carries the essence of what it names."
