Solipsism question

Name 1 thing which is not included in NOW and/or is not included in your perspective

In my perspective there is a phone and a room.  Is all that is possible a phone and a room ? Or maybe you would say that no, but the other possibilities are going to happen "after". Then, is the reality a timeline, or maybe the time is an arising that happens in the reality?

If the reality is not a timeline, nor an individual or witness, then, where are the other possibilities now? I only see a phone.

The unyielding tiger has very little in common with "If you look at it directly, it collapses quickly, in minutes."

The tiger is a perception that happens, your mind is creating a tiger and a you/center based in a real tiger that is threatening a real body.

If you are at home without hungry tigers, you can look inside, focusing in the mind, then perceive a self/center/subject in that mind and a object/perception , and collapse them because both are a creation of the mind. But "creation" doesn't mean "illusion", because that self/center represent a living organism that's real, and the perception represent an universe that also is real, and both are changing information constantly.

If that information is the hungry tiger, you won't be able to collapse the duality because your genetic conditioning would prevail. Maybe you could have the feeling before death of: well, let's go to be one again with the whole, let's open our heart and our mind and surrender to the absolute. Bye and alleluia. But the situation wouldn't be an illusion, just the reality, same than your mind, that's the reality expressed as a mind that knows that is, or if you prefer, as the reality looking/knowing itself.

Well if you (God) created/imagined them, then these minds exist now, no?

According the solipsistic paradigm, they don't exist as minds, only as images that you are seeing. Are illusion without real experiences, because you as God are creating them in order to have a realistic human experience, but you have the power to hide that fact to yourself. Until you awake and you see the trick .

People unnecessarily overcomplicate all this stuff so much, it's crazy. When it's actually incredibly simple.

"I" can only exist in relation to "not I".

"Now" can only exist in relation to "not now".

"One mind" can only exist in relation to "multiple minds".

"All is one" can only exist in relation to "all is not one".

The only thing/no-thing/everything that has no opposite and therefore is Absolute is reality itself, which is all that there is. Anything else you can name, think of and experience are relative facets/qualities/perspectives that can only exist in relation and contrast to their respective opposite.

This isn't rocket science, folks.

First,

In your perspective there is much more than "a phone" and "a room".  All rooms have a floor, and walls, and in theory a door.  A window.  Ambient temperature.  Humidity.  Relative pressure.  It also has a color scheme.  Etc.

Second,

In the unlikely event that the totality of one perspective only includes those two members; then, necessarily, there are only 3 words that can be articulated:

  1. "a" - indefinite article
  2. "and" - conjunctive
  3. "phone" - specific category of objects
  4. "room" - specific category of  objects.

Reality?  Reality was not included in the proposition.  The category of events in discussion is "all that exists".

"If there is a true universal mind, must it be sane?"

If the mind is also literally infinite, then, it possesses all the nearly infinite combinations of sanity and more without becoming influenced by them.

All the other possibilities are surrounding the phone.  "As close as close can be."

I can grok the idea that on some level, God is the only being that imagines everything into existence and that perhaps this is my most fundamental identity.

I just don't understand how, even after becoming conscious of the imagined nature of reality, how can you possibly know for sure that others aren't having a subjective experience within this imagination?

If it truly seems like they are at this state of consciousness, but it truly seems like they aren't in another state, why can't both be simulatenously true, depending on the state?

And besides that, why God couldnt choose to create multiple beings with subjective experience?

It can be logical, but it doesn't need to be.  It can be felt in the heart.

... and in your penis.  Evidently.

The thing is, why does reality have to rotate through various avatars? Just because you are this avatar? Are you really even this avatar right now or are you reality?  So...that's tricky.  And as i was saying, you must stay present, so presently, this is what exists.  Any thoughts about future lives is imagination.

Well maybe not so simple look for example: being, or existing have an opposite, not being, not existing ,but those opposite don't are,  then they are absolute in the sense that their opposites are just an idea, not a reality, because the absolute non being is not real. Would be the non existent space between two beings, then absolutely nothing.

If I'm in the pure present without mind, nothing tells me that the other people are imaginary and I'm creating them in order to have a human experience , but they have not inner experience. How do you know that?

If you use to sitting everyday to change your mental frequency and getting out of the cloud of procceses that constitutes the egoic mind to be without any support or grip, open to the actual existence now.

I have often pondered the question “ Who or what am I “  because I felt separated from my surroundings, from other people, so that’s why I needed to find out what this separation means and if it was real or imaginary.

So I thought about these things through many quiet moments of introspection, usually at night lying in bed before going to sleep, that seemed like the best time to begin deconstructing and unraveling myself back to its origin.

So that I suppose was a kind of meditation. But I don’t meditate anymore, not now I understand the truth. The truth for me personally, is that reality is nondual. And that’s that really.

Also, this nondual reality can only be expressed through a linguistic process just illustrates that the nondual is just another word for a solipsistic reality, imho.

You’re welcome. ☺️

Exactly. Reality is that which is, while "unreality" is that which is not; unreality only exists as a relative mental concept which appears in and as part of reality. Therefore, reality does not have an opposite.
