Alex O'Connor basically repeats Leo Gura

12 posts in this topic

Hey hope everyone is having a great weekend. O'Connor is interviewing a religious person, and in this 30 second clip below, he brings up a great point about how matter can't be proven by scienctists - something Leo has said almost verbatim. I have a feeling fans of Leo will enjoy watching videos on this topic as much as I do. Take care everyone. Be kind to each other out there.

Dont you ever get tired of watching new people rehashing the same old news?

Yeah, matter is imaginary.  That means Im imaginary and so is everything else.  That means I am a product of Gods imagination wherein I am wholly one with the holy one.

Lets have a two hour conversation and overly complicate everything unnecessarily because the pay aint bad.

Nope, there is always more nuance, depth, breadth, things to learn, and ways to teach them and articulate them. Thinking you have that all down pat is arrogance. I enjoy watching other people grasping ideas as each person teaches me something new about what its like to experience the universe, even if the material is old to me. I'm a teacher and I teach the same thing over and over again but never get tired of my students. Think of a scientist who studies one species for a few years. The layman might say isn't it boring to look at the same thing every day?

Holyfuckballs! A rhetorical put down instead of genuine question?! How will this go over, I wonder? Let's come in and attack the value of the person posting! That'll be a GREAT quality contribution!!!

It is far easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled.

So please share with me what you learned from an atheist who lives off clicks and a pro religion guy with a book to sell (who is espousing religion as a mandatory obligation) as they discuss really, really, really old revelations yet somehow miss every single implication of what those revelations are blatantly suggesting?

Alex Oconner said the same thing as Leo and Leo is saying the same thing that's been communicated since sharing knowledge became a thing thousands of years ago.  Okay, and?

That's not arrogance you are detecting its frustration with clowns and their bullshit.

My question was basically asking when you are going to do your own work on what the implications are instead of relying on the external world to do your thinking for you.  Im sorry, anyone telling you religion is an obligation should be regarded with extreme skepticism.

Who did I attack and how?  Its genuine curiosity - how long are you going to seek answers in the external world when the question answers itself and nothing is being hidden from you?

"Hey everyone, this is kind of crazy right but that table isnt actually there - which implies nothing is actually here.  But that would mean this very podcast we are having over this little snafu is also a product of Gods dream.  Lets talk about it and while one party goes into denial and another one tells you to join a cult or else."

Great stuff Im sure.

Something I just don’t watch it again.

But I’m not discern by what is going on because I know that people will benefit from this.

Anyone who says they’re enlightened on this form in anyway is not, except me I am.

@enchanted Leo is  not the only one. Many gurus try to get scientists on the right track. sadghuru did great work in that too:

What if you are also clown? You are just a person on the Internet too right? I'm just asking questions.

How do you know I don't? I'm allowed to share whatever I want on a forum that discusses these topics. Perhaps you are projecting. Imagine I shared a banana bread recipe and then you asked when are you going to start eating protein? How do you know I don't eat protein.  I think I found the bullshit clown and they go by the name of @Willy Phallicus

Anyway, we shouldn't be giving you a hard time. Unlike everyone else, at least you engaged with the material. Thanks!

Thanks @Natasha Tori Maruand the irony that is lost on @Willy Phallicus is that he literally is the bullshit clown he claims to be so frustrated with!
