attack mode

3 posts in this topic

Yesterday we all watched Spain win. Now I am not a football nerd, but during the show something became very apparent to me, which I feel works the same in real life, not just in a football match. Spain was in control, it was cold headed instead of reactive. Even tho Argentina was trying to rush them and get them of their center and game, they remained calm. Which is almost like a shit test lol, where people try to get you off your center. My mind works like this, I connect everything to everything, I look at a football match and I think how that applies to socialising, business and everything else.

Then lastly, but most importantly they were not in defense, but in attack mode. This is the biggest thing, really think about this. How much are you trying to defend versus trying to attack and get to achieve your goals? Are you playing to not lose or playing to win? I think that is the difference between a real winner and a loser. A loser would play defense, it is not about every shot hitting, but to aim for your goals or as Spain aimed to score 16 times or so before they actually scored.

Sometimes it isn't about the best aim, but just about endlessly aiming till you get it right, endlessly trying again and again, standing up despite all the failures and just trying again, instead of trying to play defense and play it safe. Which in the end will always make you lose.

Now think how this applies to business, to relationships and to your goals. I will be thinking about this a lot, let me know your thoughts, no nonsense reactions please.

Yes you can see it even in the replies a lot of men give here on this forum, they are reacting to life and are passive vs having agency and attacking their goals. It's fair going for it is scary but it's way scarier to have reality eat you alive and you growing to become an incompetent weakling that can't defend himself. That's why I'm trying to quit weed, it makes me very passive and complacent.

I almost decided to not do the speed dating event I planned because it would be more comfortable just chilling for a few weeks and not putting that kind of pressure for myself but then reality had my back and reminded me that anything great in life has a high capital cost and losers don't get to play. I tend to enjoy really hot women and they have such fucking high standards these day if your money and life are not in right order good luck having a great dating life. I haven't fucked one in a bit and I miss the catharsis it gives you, I gotta get back on the horse I've been slumping.

Also the elites are ruthless and are eating up the economy so the average person is getting weaker and weaker by the day that's not a future I want for myself and my family.

Its good that you're not really into sports, I feel like a lot of that is watching other men compete and conquer while you're ignoring the fact that you're not conquering anything yourself and really as I said you're getting conquered by the day.

No I dont make up imaginary enemies to fight. Sports is just making up imaginary enemies to fight cause you are bored.

Same with whatever the hell you are attacking with goals.
