Leo, do you usually film your Instagram Reels in one take, or do you record multiple takes? I end up doing around 30 takes of the same video, and after that, I feel like I lose my authenticity.

Mostly one take.

I've had a lot of practice speaking.

But 30 takes? Good lord. That is too much.

Never understood how people do like 30-50 takes for one video, to me that is nuts and way too performative

I like your instagram shorts. On your 3 hours videos on youtube when you give one example after another it can be a bit exhausting. Just maximal three examples would be enough.
