My business is stuck

7 posts in this topic

I really want to sit and work for my tourism business for 5 hours in a day. But I don’t know what to do. And I feel pressured by a question what can I do now for my business? Have someone experienced this? And what can I do?

What kind of business do you have, what kind of tourism? Can you explain some more?

Customers. As long as you have cash flow, you have a living business.

You get customers by getting their attention: social media, paid ads, local paid ads, cold outreach, and other channels.

This should always be your primary focus.

Read these books. To gain clarity in business you need to understand who you are as a person, what your skills are and what problems you can solve for other people. You then structure that into a profitable offer and that's the start of a business. Leads are people that you can reach out to about your offer and convert them into paying customers. That's the process of sales and marketing. I haven't read the $100M leads yet but the offer book has been so good in helping me gain clarity in my business. I have it on my bookshelf right next to me here.

The audiobooks are free on Spotify from Alex himself and you can get the physical hardcopies for like $30 on Amazon.

One thing to keep in mind.  No matter what list you create or plan you make, you have to be willing to take the action required to check those off your to do list.  Or else the planning is a distraction.
