That’s true but not always .  In this context the conversation was that you are the one who said that you have “your spirituality “ ..and that in “your spirituality “ there is a room for both Ego(the finite ) and God (the infinite )..by saying “God creates thru the finite “.  That reads false to me . God creates whatever it wants through pure Abracadabra magic  because it’s omnipotent. Like a magician pulling a rabbit out of an empty fucking hat .Which means your claim that you understand what god is and how it creates is false in my opinion.

Why are you looking to me to tell you what your spirituality is"

Nothing in what I said suggests that . I did say what “my spirituality “ is : I don’t reinvent the wheel. I have verified to myself in my own contemplation everything I told you in this thread which all spiritual teachings and teachers have taught since the dawn of time . Once again you are the one who disagrees and claimed that you have your own unique spiritual understanding..without any further explication. Just using vague one liners . If you keep using vague one liners I’m sorry but I won’t carry this conversation on .

“God is the Alpha Omega .. the beginning-less  beginning and the endless end .
He is the first without start . He is the last without end . He is the manifest actuality ..nothing covers him . He is the most hidden essence  ..nothing can grasp him .. nothing below him or more subtle than him .The ego is the belief I’m separate from god . Because being god is too good to be true .No matter how dark it gets or difficult it gets ..no matter how long it is going to take .. my destiny is the infinite happiness and infinite joy and love as the best thing ever ..God .  “

-that’s a me .

So what are you arguing with me about specifically?

@Joseph Maynor I remember reading in a book that asking questions instead of making statements is a neat little psychological trick to keep people talking. The idea is that people enjoy being asked because it feeds their ego .they feel important..so they stay engaged.

I don’t like it.To me it comes across as manipulative..like you’re assuming I’m some naive sweetheart who won’t notice what’s happening. I notice. I always do.

So now you know. If we ever have another conversation about these kinds of things..don’t try that again. I see through it.

Indeed, it is one thing to ask questions in an innocuous manner to someone else, and then perhaps does not understand the answer then proceeds to ask for clarification.

But then to be met with being repeatedly questioned about your particular manner of questioning, by answering the question asked with another question about what’s being asked, without first seeking some kind of conclusion or clarification, …   is a manipulative way of trying to take command and control over the ideas posited in the discussion.
It’s egotistical behaviour , it’s trying to dominate the discussion. I agree.

Let’s draw awareness to what the ego really loves to hear, here.

Okay.  Again, what are you arguing with me about specifically?
