There are two options for how did existence come about . Either existence emerged from nonexistence for literally no reason at all and here we are . But this one is simply impossible if you contemplate it . Even if you are so skeptical and open minded and trying to think from ground zero without assumptions. Existence can’t come from nonexistence for no reason ..if you accept that it can you can’t use any form reasoning for anything . It’s complete philosophical nihilism and sophistry. If you accept that you can accept anything even if it contradicts your direct reality.

the only explanation is existence came from existence. Which means existence is eternal and uncreated . That’s the only explanation. Since existence exists right now then it must be eternal because we just established it can’t be created from nothing . You can avoid calling that eternal existence “god” If you don’t like that word because of religious connotation as a bearded man in the clouds .
