The video mentioned mirror neurons, and yes, the neurological wiring aspect is overlooked, seen as “dry” for some people who do spirituality because it sounds “scientific”

I don’t know many of those terms but it makes sense when looking it up and I can find a kind of connection to my experience 

Yea I don’t see much talk about energies in this place, or even forum in general. Something is lacking hmmmmm

Yea I don’t really understand that need for the physical release every time, or even the majority of the time.
