A few questions about taking 5-MeO

Hi,
I recently started experimenting with 5-MeO-DMT and have a few questions about dosing und plugging. My problem is that I’ve been getting inconsistent results so far, even though I’ve been using roughly the same dose each time.

I have one of those 6-10mg scoops: However, the DMT crystals are too coarse to fill the scoop evenly. Do you grind them beforehand so the scoop is as tightly packed as possible?

I have freebase; to plug it, I use 0.4ml of vinegar (5% acid). Is that too much? Does the DMT need to be in contact with the vinegar for a longer period of time before I plug it?

How deep does the syringe need to go, and exactly how do I plug it? So far, I’ve inserted the syringe about 3 cm (1.18 inch). I was lying on my back, butt in the air, and knees up to my ears. 

How do you cleanse your rectum? Is it a good idea to do a anal irrigation right before?

Yes, crush with mortar & pestle or some such for more even distribution and better solubility. Also get a scale, way more accurate than the scoops (at 20mg+). I only use scoops when eyeballing stuff without caring for precise dosage, otherwise scale or volumetric solution for tiny amounts.  
0.4ml @ 5% is like 20mg, for 10mg 5MD theoretically you need around 3mg acetic acid, let's say 7-10 in practice, so half of current. No big issue with excess, but really just extra burn.

Rather than longer contact you want more stirring, smaller xtals, and very gentle heat. 
But ideally get a salt for rectal, which can also be injected, and stick to vaping for freebase. 

3cm is around the optimal spot. I use a ziptie between the 0.4-0.5ml marks of a 1ml syringe, quicker and stabler than wrapping rubbers. 
These doggystyle and other weird Kamasutra poses are entirely unnecessary, best is simply standing; stay relaxed and use some lube, nothing flows out and absorbs perfectly. I use the whole 1ml even if substance can be dissolved in less. Boofing used to be a shit ROA for me until i switched to this method.

Crush it a bit through a plastic bag with the back of a spoon. So it is more powdery.

Too much. 5 drops of vingar are enough.

1 to 2 inches.

Not needed. Just poo before you plug.

Any product recommendations? I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with scales in the past. There are quite a few in the 10-50€ range but they all seem quite cheap to me and, in my experiences, aren’t really accurate.
