All of Existence Logically Explained

2 posts in this topic

I finally explained consciousness and solipsism to myself. Here it is, explained clearly (sort of).

Consciousness can think, consciousness can know itself, consciousness is right here.

Either consciousness is some strange apparition that emerges like "poof!" and it's there, or it is what reality is.

This is the reason why you don't want to accept that consciousness is what reality is:

How to make sense of the fact that you can give birth to a baby, and at t1 it doesn't have a mind but at t2 it does have a mind?

Maybe the answer is that consciousness isn't something that you have.

So the baby doesn't "have" consciousness, it is consciousness. And the consciousness is dreamed up by the one sovereign mind that is existence-- which is actually you, not the egoic you but the real you. Even you don't "have" consciousness, but you are consciousness. The baby doesn't have a conscious experience, you don't have a conscious experience, only YOU have a conscious experience. Consciousness didn't emerge when you were born; it always existed for eternity, and your birth was a kind of mutation of that consciousness into a particular state.

This makes sense because you can't imagine a time when you were not conscious. That's because Consciousness is everything.

And also, death doesn't exist. Because you were never born and will never die.

What is this?

That's the only question

Its like a tv set thinking about itself. The TV set thinks its looking out into a world but its actually looking inside itself. Your mind 'all of reality' is taking place in front of you inside the TV set. The TV set can think about what is happening on its TV show. But the thinking isn't happening from outside the TV set somewhere its happening in the same spot as reality is.

Ie your imagination and reality are in the same location. Thinking and reality are in the same location. Where you sit is the screen of the TV looking inside its set.

When you surrender the i am that is doing anything you lose it but find it.

Imagine the field in front of you is inside of a tv set. And you are the tv set looking at its innards. Nothing you experience about reality is outside of it. Like imagination and thinking. All of it is inside you.
