Hes rich, owns his own house in a tax haven in amazing safe city full of beautiful women, happy rich people, and hasn't worked a job in decades, while the world is barely paying rent 

If you really wanted to help him you'd give him health, but unfortunately magical healing isnt a thing apparently 

This isn't to trivialize leos pain, health issues are the worst fait imaginable and its very sad, but moneys the last thing he wants or needs right now.

You only see Leo's behavior and achievements in your own subjective reality , his behavior or achievements or money is not a reliable indicator of inner realization. He's probably already dead and enlightened
