Hello @Leo Gura or other knowledgeable people, would you maybe mind giving a quick glance at my heavy metal levels and tell me if I should chelate or not. I don't know how to interpret the results since you warned in your video that the standard metrics of "healthy levels" are not to be trusted. I have many symptoms that are mentioned with heavy metals.

I'm also a bit worried that I got ripped off with my test since it didn't require taking any chelation pills and most results are not measured per g creatine but mol/litre.

Can you think of why you're high in some of these markers?


How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

Not really. I expected higher mercury levels since I've eaten quite a lot of fish in the last years, but it doesn't seem to be that high.

Chrome is reported as being high in smokers but I quit smoking a while ago.

Would you call these markers high? I'm really not sure what to make of it.

I would definitely look into detoxifying arsenic and mercury from the system. Do you eat a lot of rice / grains / processed foods? Hows your diet?

Okay good to know.

My diet consists of grains, vegetables, berries, eggs, meats, fish, nuts and some sugar.i try to restrict dairy completely.

A lot of conventionally grown rice/grains and meats/fish are high in heavy metals, and especially processed / junk foods. I would look into organic, grass-fed, wild-caught varieties if possible. Especially after the detox.
