Brain rewrites memories each time you recall them.

@No1Here2cYou are constantly reading the files all day. Anytime you are thinking you are thinking of a memory. You cant not do it.

Everytime you think of a thought its like a chat gpt algorythm spitting out thought chains you have reacted too.

This doesn't answer either of the questions,

How do you become conscious of the unconscious reinforcement?

Can it be put to an end?

Is there even unconscious reinforcement?

What is unconscious? How does reinforcement work?

It seems strange to me, this notion of Unconscious Reinforcment.

And God knows what files you are on about.

@No1Here2cYes there is unconcious reinforcement. Everytime you think of something its like your brain is rewriting a memory file. You acknowledging as true or not is a rewrite.

For instance people are talking, you have something to relate to the topic a memory comes up. You say the memory as its true thats a reinforcement.

You sit in your room you think or something that happened, you acknowledge it as true or have happened. You rewrite the data file to be true.

Reading the file is the rewrite(having the memory). Whether you add or dont add anything to it.

The last thing about the thought is what you are rewriting onto the thought loop, if you dont add anything you just rewrite it as it is. The data file (thought loop) plays out and then you can add or remove or not interact.

You become conscious of the reinforcement when you become conscious of the thought.

So it is the very thought process (which appears to be a main driver of conscious attention) that must be consciously and attentively pointed inwards upon its own origin and content?

Seems a bit of a catch 22 here.

How am I to consciously and attentively direct this thought back in upon itself?

When thought is the main driver of this conscious attention, perhaps you get into some positive feedback loops here.

I do suppose upon deeper inspection that ordinary thought is one of a positive feedback loop already. It would only be to shift its direction from limiting/constricting, to open/free?
