How to get my smile back after 3 years of deep shadow work (and a non-dual awakening)

I’ve grown and healed so much since I started the shadow work however at times I feel I kinda lost my smile. I don’t seem as happy, that’s the story. I also had a deep non dual awakening that remained. Maybe it’s that?

After this deep shadow work journey I’ve been on it’s like there’s this lingering anger and resentment in me. I still haven’t been able to fully forgive certain people. Forgiveness is very subjective though- It’ll happen when the time is ripe. 

I was part of a heart centered loving community. Upon my time back from being abroad while I was doing this shadow work; I haven’t connected much with people from that community and when I do see them I don’t feel as excited. 

Any advice? I wanna be that happy go lucky person again  Calling that in.

Its very easy to forgive people. Here is the easy way, you have a universe inside you and you have a universe you are looking into. People in the universe you are looking into do bad things to you and then you blame the people from the universe inside you. All you have to do is forgive the person from the universe inside you who did absolutely nothing to you. It dosent take any longer than 5 minutes. Anytime something comes up that someone did from the universe you are looking into forgive them in the universe inside you. Its very easy and it works.

When people do bad things in the universe you are looking into you blame the people in the universe inside you and they didnt do anything to you.

Why? It sounds like growth.

Being happy-go-lucky all the time is usually self-deception.
