The Experience Of Being Complete

This approach seems much more a way to medicate suffering than to stop it altogether. You want to transcend what is causing suffering itself (context) not what arises from it (content: emotions, sensations, thoughts).

How you know you suffer? You have to feel it somewhere right? There has to be location.

Put attention to this location as described above. Simple, full, non-judgemental attention.  You can't fully put attention and think at the same time. So no thoughts. And re emotions, sensation --> see above

Here are smart words that present my apparent identity but don't mean anything. At all.

Sure. How do we make "change" based on love/acceptance?

Generally, humans want to change because they are suffering. The root cause of their need to change is suffering, hurt, moving away from pain.

Anyone can come up with a list of at least 10 things they could ideally change that would significantly improve their own health, finances, and relationships just to make it concrete as a starting point.  And even if these aren't done, making the list improves intention, which is valuable in itself.

Sure. I agree.

What I'm trying to point is a way to relate to change, transformation or "what should be" in a empowering manner.

I don't know if being present solves the case. Suffering is a conceptual activity. You have to know how to stop suffering and I think that to stop suffering is not the same as being present.

Awareness, Stillness, time/space merge, that is true presence. If you are still suffering you are still within mind projecting presence.

In such a state all answers come, and you respond accordingly, thus suffering dissolves in awareness / consciousness.

I am but a reflection... a mirror... of you... of me... in a cosmic dance ~ of a unified mystery...
