He has a very reasonable take. I cannot say I recommend them nor that they are "better" than whatever nor that you can't learn some things from them and have some life changing experiences either. They are NOT for me. I've come to realize I simply do not enjoy nor get a lot of benefit from abrupt psychedelic type state changes. There's other things I've found that awaken love in me far more than shrooms and ayahuasca.
