Dan did the Inner World Outer World series and the previous samadhi series, so for sure there is going to be repeated material, I'm past the stage of watching and reading things now about Spirituality, I've watched it all, read most of it, now time for more personal integration, but for ppl not at this stage these things can help with inspiration and motivation!!
