The bot under-performed. It made a couple of terrible moves which made it too easy for me.

But hey, for my first game in a year, I'll take the victory. I was surprised I was still playing at my highest rating of 2050. I assumed I would regress from not playing for so long.

I always found that peek performance happens right after long breaks. Fresh perspective, Imagination-motivation element at play.

Add a Kg2 in there now its blacks move. Screen shot mistake.

This one's pretty EZ, I'm pretty sure that after rook D2 every possible square white king can land on leads him on a path towards a checkmate or taken queen and then eventual checkmate

Intuitively yes, but can you prove it?

What is the puzzle here? This is a simple checkmate proceedure. Keep checking white until he is dead. Avoid the queen's diagonal.

lol ye, i said i would mix some easy ones in.

But how good is your visualizing? Can you map out the main sequences with out mistakes?

This one was pretty easy for me to visualize. It kind of depends on where the king decides to go. He has a few branching options but they should all fail.

I would try white rook to d1. White knight to f6. White rook takes queen or creates checkmate opportunity with white queen.
