You GET what you ARE

That is true to a degree, however who you are is very difficult to consciously control and to a significant degree it is out of your control. It is possible to modify behaviour, create new habits, etc. but this fantasy that one day, you can just become someone completely new and different. Is largely just that. So much for this awakened post

Like, if I use me as an example, when I look into my past I can understand the reasons behind some negative reactions of people towards me, not all of them but some. Is that supposed to make me feel better to know that it was all my fault? LOL well, great, and? Where do we move from there? I'll just miraculously perform 180 flip and completely change those aspects of myself, right?

It's clear that you attract certain types of people depending on your inner vibration, your sense of fulfillment or lack, and this greatly influences your life. But on the other hand, misfortune can befall anyone, such as illness, being sentenced to life imprisonment despite being innocent, or living in Stalingrad under siege by the Nazis.

I think it isn't wise to cling to the belief that you create your own reality and that if you have brain cancer it will be your fault.

Reality is this immediate endless unfoldment in constant flux. Reality is an unconditional free flowing aliveness ever new, ever fresh, impossible to be repeated.

So even as you are being filled up ( getting ) you are simultaneously being emptied ( losing ) as reality is constantly changing, and so you can never become a fixed thing, ever.

You are enough, You matter too, Know your worth, and Love yourself today.

@NewKidOnTheBlock it's your choosing what you can do 🙏🤍

@Breakingthewall of course it's way more complex and I understand that it's not that simple as it seems. Thinking like that would make you stupid. But the core concept of the mechanic is correct.
