What is a good meditation program?

I'm looking for a multi week or multi month program that teaches meditation in a structured way. I'm doing Kriya right now but it is not structured. There is integral meditation by Wilber which I will be looking to soon. Any other recommendations?

Just sit in silence while the body is comfortable in any posture, that's it.

The mind wanders the shit of everything, who cares? You don't mind it.

Like literally tell yourself who am I to care? I don't really care, as I'm not thinking the thoughts.

The body might seek food or other needs, who cares? It will get it.

Aren't you the reality in which you see all that's happening in and out?

Leave everything exactly as it is. The mind might overthinking a lot, great! That's awesome, you welcome it! Even if the mind reaches peaceful states you are still the same. In any states you remain you.

You dont utilize a technique, you don't try to make the mind still, you give up all efforts as efforts only create more vibrations and tensions in the field of awareness. You meditate not by doing it but by understanding the truth about yourself.

@TheSelf I think there is value in a program/plan, otherwise it is like going to a new country and walking in circles, while there might be experts who know all the good places

But are you stepping in a total foreign territory in which you need others guidance to light up the path? As if another is more aware of your mind than you.

Who is closer to you than you yourself to trust?

You are absolutely aware and conscious in this very moment regardless of what state of mind you are observing.

You might want to look into Vipassana programs.

@AION

For me, something very simple works. You sit in silence with the intention of being like that for half an hour or 40 min. At the beginning, you recite a mantra that erases all thought. This mantra is: nothing means anything. You repeat that for about 5 or 10 minutes, internalizing it.

Meditation is being without interpretation, without contrasting opposites or defining states. It's the dissolution of the layer that assigns meaning so that your mind can open.

Opening means that the limits that close you off fall away, and these limits are made of meaning. They are deeper than they seem, and they have a great energetic charge, but eventually they fall.

Once they fall away, your mind expands, but you must resist the temptation to assign meaning. Meditation = no meaning. If you manage to go without assigning meaning for a while, you'll realize that your thoughts, effortlessly, have stopped. There is no thought, only the flow of what is, without structure.

The goal is to live like this by default. You'll realize that many of the energetic barriers that trap you are fixed in the body: in your posture, constant muscle tension, state of alertness. You perceive this when you stop interpreting; then you can allow your body to release those tensions and your energetic system to open up.
