How?

As Mark Manson and his guest said in the video, the most significant benefit of marriage is FOCUS. If you marry multiple people, your focus is scattered, and you have less power in life to accomplish goals.

@Recursoinominado You have multiple people working together to achieve collective goals. Just like a business with a team of 10 has more leverage than a single founder, an aligned polycule would have more leverage than a monogamous couple. 

It also reinforces communication and emotional intelligence skills that are generally not stress tested to that level in monogamous relationships. 

 

@enchanted Of course, I believe in ethical non-monogamy.
