Perfect!

Hey, I was a bit wrong. I eat from 1500 - 2000 calories a day. But that`s still quite low :(

I am similar in the sense I can be in calorie deficit without being bothered by hunger. Although I notice a trend of more cravings near bedtime, but it’s not overwhelming .

1000 calories a day sounds extremely low especially for a man and especially if you exercise, so it might be under estimation.

If you’re not loosing weight too rapidly and getting underweight then you’re eating within a reasonable amount of calories.

Not feeling hunger could be if you’re very absorbed into every day occupations so you don’t feel the internal signals as strongly. You could also be misinterpreting inner signals, thinking hunger is a sign of “cleansing” or something, or you’re so used to it you don’t know you’d be able to feel even better if you ate properly. Just some thoughts.

Cravings could be sign you’re not eating enough, especially if they’re strong.

A low stress level could make calorie deficit easier because stress is draining, but on the other hand, as I said before, if you’re very caught up in your problems it could make you disconnected from other things going on it you such as hunger.

A genetic complement could also be at play. But I’m guessing it’s a mis calculation

@Sugarcoat Yeah so it looks like I simply lied that I eat 1000 cals. But really even 2000 calories is quite low. I hoped for at least 2500. Maybe I`m just dumb and did another thing wrong or whatever. But if I`m genetic freak I could explain it that 3-4 years ago I was just so preoccupied with playing Dota 2 (game like LoL) that I ate equivalent of one sausage a day. And this way I lost like 10-20 pounds. But I didn`t hit the gym so 50% of it was muscles.

You are still relatively young so for now you may be able to get away with it but with such a diet pretty soon you'd have serious health consequences like a slowed metabolism, low energy, decreased libido, weakened inmune system, brain fog, nutrient deficiency etc

Chronic malnutrition and calory deficit will make you miserable

Tell AI to ask you all the right questions to figure that out. Depends on your level of physical activity and fitness goals

Then try to get a few extra meals in throughout the week. Don't worry too much about day-to-day calories as much as your weekly total. Just make sure that your fasting or not-eating windows aren't too long and too stacked up. Chronic intermittent fasting can also slow down your metabolism.

Thanks. You know I have only for 2-3 hours windows for eating a day. Perhaps it`s too small :(

That makes the story plausible.

And yeah its low.

But you have a healthy weight and you say you feel fine.

Maybe make sure that you hit your micronutrients, proteins and essential fats but I wouldnt worry about it anymore then that. Your body tells you what it needs.
