i rarely dream, and the only time i do i can only remember them when i woke up but only for like a picture or a short 10 sec video format. when im sleeping im simply just not aware pure nothingness like after death, nothing.i dont know why i cant remember my dreams or maybe i dont even dream.. but it could be the reason that i lack creativity? or i dont experience too much thing to have material for dreams?? i have absolutely no idea.. if anyone experiences the same let me know

Start with the very first step—write them down, and don't get up abruptly, otherwise the dream will be forgotten immediately. But it won't help some people who have a feature called aphantasia, but since you wrote that you still see at least something, I dare to assume that you don't have it.

I guarantee you do dream. You just aren't recalling them or aware.

I had to train the ability to recall and document dreams.

Lucid dreaming and inducing that state isn't linked to night time dreaming in my experience. It is a hypnagogic state different to the REM sleep we enter during normal sleep.

Deal with the issue now, on your terms, in your control. Or the issue will deal with you, in ways you won't appreciate, and cannot control.

i rarely dream,

Your problem is recalling your dreams. Being aware of your dreams is the first step to lucid dreaming.

Try this: Set an alarm for the middle of the night. When it wakes you, go in the bathroom and throw some water on your face. Then get back in bed and as you start to fall back to sleep remain aware as long as you can. This is a prime time to experience lucid dreaming and even astral travel. With practice you will become better at it.

Another thing to try would be changing where or how you sleep. For instance, try sleeping on the floor. Or sleeping with your head at the foot of the bed. This will make you more aware during the night so that you spend less time in deep sleep and more time in a semi-aware state.

And as mentioned above, when you first wake is the best time to recall your dreams. If you start thinking about the day ahead, you will forget your dreams. The most important thing is you must train yourself to become dream aware. Good luck!

When the secret is revealed to you, you will know that you are not other than God, but that you yourself are the object of your quest.

hold your sperm for atleast 12 days. One time i was so aware of the dream happening, that it was playing out like a movie over my sleeping body. The dream was just energy happening above my body

Do you smoke cannabis or take any medications? Whats your diet and lifestyle like?

I am but a reflection... a mirror... of you... of me... in a cosmic dance of separative... unity...
