Whadya's do when feel bloated

Yesterday my mom brought home some steak, which we dont typically eat things like steak, or beef, or burger, etc., as we have crohns, and its not easy for us to digest, suffice to  say i ate some and i feel all crampy and bloated in the stomach. Besides like soup nd stuff, do yous have any recommendations/alternative ways to just, burn through this, like, to get that steak out, like im tryina get it out pronto basically. Like i got a bunch of vitamin C, and vinegar as im wonderin if acids like that can help in getting the acids up to burn this bitch out u know wat i mean?

Argh I hate when this happens - bloating causes me low mood, brain fog as well as general discomfort.

My only cure is to drink water and walk. I don't pound the water down, but I sip all day above what I normally consume. I tend to also reduce my meals down in size / go for liquid energy during that time. I find letting my digestive system totally clear out to be beneficial, as putting more in taxes it while it is clearing. 

Might not work for everyone.


Deal with the issue now, on your terms, in your control. Or the issue will deal with you, in ways you won't appreciate, and cannot control.

Fresh Ginger/Lemon tea. If not, just gotta wait it out.
